Cebu Pacific this 2013 Aims to Look For Cabin and Support Crew Job Vacancies

The Philippines’ largest national flag carrier, Cebu Pacific (PSE:CEB) seeks over 200 pilots, cabin crew, and technical and non-technical support crew in a recruitment fair from March 30 to 31, 2013, from 9am to 3pm at Ballroom A of Dusit Thani Manila, Ayala Center, Makati City.

“We are expanding in the Asia-Pacific region, and we need fun and dynamic individuals who can be part of the Cebu Pacific family. This year, CEB offers even more high-paying jobs to key positions, especially with the scheduled delivery of 52 more aircraft until 2021,” said CEB VP for Marketing and Distribution Candice Iyog.

She said only cabin crew applicants will be accommodated during the one-day processing on March 30, 2013. Requirements for being a CEB cabin crew include a dynamic personality, at least 5’3” in height, weight that is proportional to height, clear complexion and good eyesight, and a Philippine passport, among others.

Meanwhile, interested applicants for pilots and technical and non-technical support crew can attend the recruitment fair on March 31, 2013.

Captains applying for CEB Flight Crew must embody CEB’s culture of fun, should have a minimum of 3,000 hours total flying time, a valid and current ATPL, current type-rating with minimum 500 hours, and minimum level 4 ICAO English proficiency rating. To become one of CEB’s First Officers, one must have a valid CPL with instrument rating, minimum of 25 hours multi-engine experience, and minimum level 4 ICAO English proficiency rating. The required flight hours differ for Airbus and ATR 72-500 pilots.

CEB will also accept applications and curriculum vitas on March 31, 2013 for corporate-support professionals namely general clerk, administrative assistant, HR associate, network planning specialist, flight scheduling specialist, credit analyst, payables analyst, accounts analyst, corporate finance analyst and payment processor.

Technical support specialists are also needed such as crew planner, crew controller, quality engineer, chief quality engineer, technical writer, fuel quality and inventory technician, technical records supervisor, deputy manager – base maintenance, duty engineer, IT program manager, .net developer and business systems specialist.
